Procedure for conversion of a foreign driving licence into a Kenyan one

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) of Kenya the state corporation in charge of keeping Kenyan roads safe allows for the conversion of a foreign driving licence into a Kenya Smart Driving licence.
