Today, 121 people have tested positive of COVID-19 from 3,291 samples tested in the last 24 hours. This brings the total number of confirmed positive cases to 3,215, from 106,247, samples tested so far.
Out of today’s cases, 115 are Kenyans & 6 are foreigners, while 92 are males & 29 are females.
The youngest is a four month old infant while the oldest is 86 years of age.

Today, we have discharged 44 patients who have recovered from COVID-19, bringing our tally of recoveries to 1,092.
We thank all our healthcare workers for their dedication & commitment that has made this possible.
We have lost 3 more patients to the disease, taking the tally of fatalities to 92. Our heartfelt condolences go to the bereaved families and friends.
Our anticipation for the new budget 2020/2021 is to be allocated sufficient funds that will enable us to effectively manage, not only the Corona virus pandemic, but also other diseases, such as malaria, cancer… & life threatening disasters.
