Update on SG Hon. Raphael Tuju’s health
The Jubilee Party through the communications director Albert Memusi has issued a statement on the health of the Jubilee Secretary General Hon Raphael Tuju on 17th February 2020.
In a statement seen by Newszaleo.co.ke Jubilee Party through the communications director says that with great optimism the doctors managing Secretary General Hon Raphael Tuju have started the process of weaning him off sedation and so far all indications are that his injuries are healing well.
Notably he is conscious and fully in control of his limbs just as he was when he walked into the accident and emergency section of Kijabe Hospital.
For the past 4 days, Hon Raphael Tuju has been immobilised to minimise aggravation of the injuries he sustained and the doctors assure that everything is under control and urge patience from all concerned.
The family through the party wishes to thank all those who have been praying, sending messages of goodwill or encouraging them in one way or another. They further wish to request that the patient be allowed more time to recover before he can be visited.
The family wishes to reassure all that the patient is under very able hands of both in-house and consultant health care givers.
All the party activities at the secretariat continue to run interrupted through the able readership of the executive director assisted by the directors.
