Nominated Meru MCA Petronilla Gainchi Kiao has passed on at a Nairobi hospital after a short illness, Newszaleo.co.ke has learnt.

The news of her death have been announced by Speaker Kaberia Arimba on Friday 14, 2020 who mentioned that the leader succumbed due to an illness.

Gainchi’s death comes two days after the demise of Kahawa Wendani MCA Cyrus Omondi who was found dead in his hotel room in India.

The nature of the illness of the Meru MCA that lead to his death is yet to be identified.

Petronilla had been receiving treatment at the MP Shah hospital.

Her ailment was not immediately established.
